What if my refurbished laptop arrives damaged or dead on arrival?

If your Edify laptop arrives damaged, dead on arrival, not matching the description, or missing accessories, you are covered under the 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Contact support at contact@edify.club immediately with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. Do not ship the unit back without getting return authorisation first, as unilateral returns can delay resolution. Once authorised, the return is free and hassle-free. Approved replacements ship within 24 to 48 hours of the returned unit reaching the warehouse. Every unit ships after a 31-category Final Quality Check and in protective packaging, so a damaged or DOA arrival is taken seriously. If the unit fails re-inspection at the warehouse, it is replaced without argument.
