How do I claim warranty on a refurbished laptop?

To claim warranty on an Edify laptop, contact support at contact@edify.club or call the helpline with your order number and a description of the issue. The team attempts a remote fix within 24 to 48 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, an onsite engineer visits within 5 to 6 working days at serviceable locations, or you are guided to an authorised service centre. For issues that require physical inspection, pickup is arranged and Edify covers shipping both ways for covered defects. If a unit cannot be repaired, it is replaced with an equivalent. One important note: back up your data before handing over the device, as Edify is not liable for data loss during service. Battery failures are covered only if caused by a manufacturing defect, not normal wear, since the battery is treated as a consumable.
