Final Quality Check Criteria
Every device Edify sells passes this Final Quality Check before dispatch. Returns are evaluated against the same criteria. The thresholds below determine whether a device is classified as defective or non-defective under the Cancellation and Return Policy.
Subjective checks rely on visual perception, touch, or experience, and may vary slightly from person to person. The Edify team’s decision on subjective checks is final.
Non-subjective checks are pass or fail based on predefined measurements, functions, or technical readings.
