Returns and delivery
On a return, do I get a full refund or only a replacement, and who pays return shipping?

It depends on whether the laptop is damaged or has a functional fault, and how long you have had it. If the unit is physically damaged, not as described or missing parts and you raise it within the 14-day return window, we will gladly arrange a free hassle-free return or refund and cover the shipping. For any other fault or defect, our team will first try its best to repair the laptop for you; and if we are unable to fix it, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the company's approval, with Edify covering shipping; a replacement ships within 24 to 48 hours of the returned unit reaching the warehouse, or an approved refund goes to your original payment method after inspection. If you simply change your mind (a non-defective return), it is handled through the Buyback Program with a restocking deduction rather than a full refund. Beyond 14 days, a defective unit is handled under the 12-month warranty (repair or equivalent replacement, with Edify covering shipping both ways for covered defects), while a non-defective request goes through buyback. In short: damage within the window is refunded; faults are repaired first and refunded only if unfixable and approved; change-of-mind returns carry a deduction. Always contact support to authorise a return before shipping anything back.
