Can I return a refurbished laptop, and what is the window?

Yes. Edify offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If the laptop is defective (it fails Edify's Final Quality Check criteria), damaged, significantly different from the description, or missing parts, you are entitled to a hassle-free return or replacement at no charge. To qualify, return it in original condition with all packaging and accessories, and wipe any personal data first. The process: contact support to authorise the return (do not ship it back unrequested); a technician check may be scheduled; if the unit fails the quality check the return is accepted free, and approved replacements ship within 24 to 48 hours of the returned unit reaching the warehouse; refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Note that a non-defective return (for example, a change of mind) goes through the Buyback Program with a restocking deduction, and after 14 days non-defective requests are handled as buyback. Defective units beyond 14 days are covered by the 12-month warranty instead.
