Can I return a refurbished laptop, and what is the window?

Yes. Edify offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If the laptop arrives physically damaged, significantly different from the description, or missing parts, we will gladly arrange a hassle-free return or refund at no charge. For any other fault or defect (where it fails Edify's Final Quality Check criteria), our team will first try its best to repair the laptop for you; and if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the company's approval. To qualify, return it in original condition with all packaging and accessories, and wipe any personal data first. The process: contact support to authorise the return (do not ship it back unrequested); a technician check may be scheduled; approved replacements ship within 24 to 48 hours of the returned unit reaching the warehouse; approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Note that a non-defective return (for example, a change of mind) goes through the Buyback Program with a restocking deduction, and after 14 days non-defective requests are handled as buyback. Defective units beyond 14 days are covered by the 12-month warranty instead.
