You have 14 days to raise a return if the laptop is damaged, defective, or not as described. After that, the 12-month hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects on the main device. Non-defective returns (you simply changed your mind) go through our Buyback Program, where the value depreciates by 5% per month or a minimum 12.5% floor, whichever is greater. Original packaging and accessories must be intact in either case.
