- Warranty: 12 months standard, 6 months on Apple devices, extendable up to 2 additional years. Covers hardware defects (display, motherboard, keyboard, RAM, storage); excludes software, consumables and accidental damage.
- Returns: 14-day return window; defective or not-as-described units are replaced or refunded free of charge.
- Data security: every device is securely data-wiped and the operating system freshly reinstalled before resale.
- Operating system: Windows laptops ship with a genuine, activated Windows 11 Pro licence, freshly reinstalled.
